I'm Rachel Siegel, founder of NobleCare and a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. I started NobleCare to help older adults and their families feel equipped to follow their doctor’s recommendations, navigate their care with clarity and confidence, and get timely information between medical appointments and hospital stays.

• Past President Hospice Palliative Nurse Association Los Angeles 
• Over 12 years combined inpatient and community-based experience in oncology, critical care, palliative care, hospice, urgent care, and home-based medical care
