Rachel Siegel is a licensed nurse practitioner, board-certified in adult-geriatric acute care. Rachel brings 12 years of combined inpatient and community-based experience in oncology, critical care, palliative care, hospice, urgent care, and home-based medical care. Rachel developed a heart for providing care to older adults through volunteering in hospitals and nursing homes as a teen. Rachel’s adult geriatric focused background, combined with early personal experiences, has instilled a deep compassion for older adults and continues to shape Rachel’s commitment to the older adult population.
